Reverse Engineering
Most Engineering project start with technical drawing and diagrams from which parts are then machined to precise measurements. Reverse engineering 'reverses' this process, dimensions and measurements are obtained from an existing part or even damaged parts, an analysis of its mechanical and physical properties is completed to create a drawing from which the part can be reproduced and remade.
We carry out this process in house, we are then able to make these parts with the tools and machines in the workshop from stock materials. This allows for a full integrated cycle of repair from broken part to reproduced remanufactured part to get you back into operation.
